“ The ribs are fall off the bone. Hot honey is fantastic. The chicken thighs are moist. The crust is good but comes right off when trying to eat it or cut into it. Better experience with the chicken thigh biscuit. The sides are just like Little Miss. The Mac and cheese this time though was more cheese and barely any Mac. The fries are awesomely crispy and seasoned. Get the the strawberry shortcake with biscuits. Let the juices meld together and enjoy once you finish your ribs and chicken. It was a good palette cleanser and refreshing. The wren house chili beer is like an amber with some heat. Our server Nathan was helpful and friendly. Over all a great experience with comfortable seating and booths. Or sit outside in back. ”

“ Loved our visit at Full Speed! First off, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We had southern chicken tenders with their house sauce and the hot honey, fries, beans, biscuit with strawberry jam, ribs, hot chicken, and a pork sandwich on a biscuit. Everything had great flavor just as you would expect at Little Miss BBQ, but we loved it’s also different! Can’t wait to try more of the menu! ”

“ We have been looking for an opportunity to eat here since their opening and it did not disappoint. All food was on point, service was very friendly. We had rib-chicken plate, chicken sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich. BBQ items were all Little Miss Barbecue quality. Fried chicken was one of the best we had in Phoenix. Also highly recommend the fries. We were somewhat disappointed the place was pretty empty on a Friday evening, so hope the business picks up for such a great place to pick up quality food in the Roosevelt area. ”

“ When I learned the owners behind Little Miss BBQ were opening a new spot, I had my doubts about whether or not it could live up to all Little Miss BBQ is. This review will guide you through why I’m giving it a full 5-stars! From the food to the service, Full Speed is an easy 5-stars across the board!! To start, we were greeted as soon as we entered and we were met with a variety of suggestions which was great to hear. We chose to go with the Pulled Pork Sandwich, Pulled Pork Biscuit, Chicken Tenders with Medium spice level, BBQ Pork & Beans, Mac & Cheese, and the Strawberry Biscuit Shortcake to top it off. Between the Pulled Pork Sandwich and Pulled Pork Biscuit, it’s an easy choice to go with the Biscuit again in the future. This homemade-style buttermilk biscuit is just… I’m not even sure I have the vocabulary to describe how I feel about it. So then when you add the pulled pork and toppings to it, it’s mouthwatering to say the absolute least. The Chicken Tenders with medium spice were just right for me. I don’t like spicy food and the medium worked out well. If you like spicy food, I heard the Hottie Hot Hot is just for you! But if you don’t care for spicy, go with Southern or medium. Also, be sure to have some of the house ranch for them! That buttermilk ranch with more than a hint of paprika (I think) was the perfect dipping companion for the tenders For our two sides we picked BBQ Pork Beans and Mac & Cheese. Honestly, the beans were good but I like the ranch-style beans at Little Miss BBQ more. The Mac & Cheese was great! I’d probably keep the Mac & Cheese next time and substitute beans for one of the other sides. That said, both were tasty! That leaves us with the Strawberry Biscuit Shortcake which, as I mentioned above, the biscuit is indescribable. Naturally, when you add strawberries and a delicious whipped cream on top, I’m back to where I was before, unable to find the words to accurately describe for you how it tasted. Seriously, you’re just going to have to go try for yourself. At this point, if you need any additional comments to decide whether or not to give Full Speed a try, I’m afraid I can’t help you. For those that venture here, I hope you enjoy the culinary experience as much as I did! I will be back. See you there PS - I didn’t even get to try the ribs yet because they were sold out. So I’ll update this once that experience happens ”

“ Absolutely incredible! Scott and the team have done it again! Can they do anything wrong? Are they even capable of it? I recommend the hot honey ribs, the medium chicken thigh, and the macaroni and cheese. Everything we ate was amazing, the buttermilk biscuits were great. The fries were seasoned really well! Nothing like the crispy bits on the white bread under the fried chicken! Thanks to the staff for doing great work! ”

“ Absolutely incredible and sooooo delicious! Scott you knocked it out of the park again! Between the two of us we got southern chicken thighs with ribs (sides were mac and cheese and beans), a hot chicken tender, a medium chicken tender, a biscuit, and a pulled pork sandwich. Everything was amazing. Erin and Nathan were both involved in helping us (plus one more person I didn’t get his names) and the service was amazing. We were talking to Nathan and he was telling us more about the strawberry shortcake biscuit dessert and it sounded so good we decided as we left to get one to go (as we were so full at that point). Took a bite of it when we got home to try it and wow soooo good! They were telling us that they want to be unique so the food that they have in common with Little Miss (ribs, pulled pork, etc) is a little different but still soooo good! Highly recommend! ”

“ I cannot get over how GOOD the food here is. I’ve tried several things on the menu and everything is absolutely delicious. My favorites are the chicken sandwich, the ribs with the hot honey sauce, and the mac and cheese. The portions are generous and you’ll leave feeling full and satisfied. I also recently did a catering order with them and it couldn’t have been a better experience. They clearly communicated my options when I placed the order and offered great suggestions for a group our size. It was super easy to pay online. They opened early so that I could pick up my order and bring it to our customers at an optimal time. The food was HOT and stayed hot even after a 20 minute drive. They put an array of sauces in the order that everyone loved. They included utensils and serving items which made it so easy to bring. I will definitely be using their catering services again in the future. Go eat here! You will not be disappointed. ”
